WHAT IS A CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) cultivates a direct relationship between the farmer and the customer. By signing up for a CSA you become a "CSA member," and in turn you receive a regular share of the season's harvest — vegetables, fruits, flowers, eggs, or meat, depending on the farm. The benefits of engaging in a CSA include eating fresh seasonal ingredients that are full of nutrients, supporting local food economies, and experiencing the meaningful connection of knowing the farmers who raise your food.
