If you know you will be unable to pick up your order, please let us know before 8am on your pick-up day and we will work with you to reschedule or provide you with a refund.

If you do not pick up your scheduled pre-order and do not give us prior notice we will simply provide you with a refund. Rescheduling your pre-order is only provided when you notify us ahead of time. Thank your for your understanding.
